What does the $300 advisory week include?

One agreed project priority, one coordinated review, one consolidated follow-up, and practical next actions. We confirm the scope and delivery dates before you pay.

Can you help with a new or existing restaurant?

Yes. Whether you are developing an idea, preparing to open, or improving an existing restaurant, we start with the challenge or decision that matters most to you.

How will we communicate?

By email, with written recommendations and a short audio or screen recording when useful. This gives you feedback you can revisit and put into practice. Calls and live chat are not included.

Will you carry out the work for me?

We review, advise, and help you prioritize. You lead the decisions and implementation, working with your team and local professionals where needed.

Will my information remain confidential?

All information you share is treated as confidential, and our team is bound by the confidentiality agreement governing this service.

What if I’m not satisfied?

Tell us if you are not satisfied with the work delivered. We will refund that advisory week’s fee in full and close the engagement.

Is there a subscription or ongoing commitment?

No. You choose whether to continue after each advisory week. There is no automatic renewal, and any additional work is agreed separately, subject to availability.

Is a Launch OS system included?

Launch OS systems are purchased separately. You can request advisory support whether you use one of our systems or have your own plans.

Do I pay when I submit my request?

No. We first review your request and confirm the fit, scope, and delivery dates. You pay only after we agree on the work.
